POLICIES:
Policies are set forth for the safety of everyone!
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave, at any time, that we feel is unruly, causing disruption or acting inappropriately; themself, their guests, their children and/or pets.
5 MPH throughout the campground. Vehicles, Bikes, E-Bikes, Golf Carts.
Please be alert to bicycles, kids, walkers.
NO glass in showers or beach areas.
DOGS: PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHER GUESTS AND ENSURE THAT YOUR PET’S BEHAVIOR DOES NOT DISTURB OR POSE A THREAT TO OTHERS.
-Must present with current Rabies Vaccination Certificate
-MUST be on a leash at all times, on your site and while walking
-NO invisible fencing
-NO excessive barking dogs
-Limit of 3 dogs allowed per site (PRICING FOR THIS DURING RESERVATIONS)
-NO aggressive dog breeds
-Dogs are NOT allowed in registration or showerhouse buildings,
(per serving food permits)
-Absolutely no dog washing in the showerhouse.
-Dogs cannot be left on grounds unattended, if you leave, your dog leaves with you
-Clean up all messes after your dog on site and if walking throughout the grounds,
do not use a neighboring site
-Visitors are NOT allowed to bring their pets
-Any holes dug or poop left behind, a fee will be charged to the credit card on file. $20
DUMP STATION: Free to all Guests Camping
-$20 for non guests/ off road
-Pump outs Fri-Sun or Holiday, $40. Pump out Mon-Thurs, $25
GARBAGE: There is a dumpster available by the dump Station, for common
household garbage.
Please try to recycle cans/bottles WITH DEPOSITS. No large items, electronics,or
oversized garbage or construction materials.
Any garbage found in the fire rings will have a $25 fee charged to the credit card on file
Fire rings are for burning firewood only.
DRUG USE: WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! This is a privately owned campground.
This is a Family Friendly environment. You will be asked to leave. Marijuana has a distinctive noxious smell that is not welcomed.
NO smoking, NO vaping in the buildings or shared areas.
THE BAR/RESTAURANT is open to the public. We have a NYS Liquor License. Absolutely no
outside food or drinks are to be brought into the building. No pets are to be in the
buildings. NO smoking, No vaping in the restaurant.
BICYCLES: are allowed. Ride at your own risk. Obey traffic rules. Per NYS Law
helmets are required for ages 14 and under.
E-BIKES MUST ALSO WATCH FOR SPEED DO NOT MAKE US TELL YOU, 5MPH
Stay off the grass. USE Roadways and Trails ONLY.
PARENTS & GARDIANS : PLEASE SUPERVISE YOUR CHILDREN AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL OF YOUR GUESTS. On the playground, in the sand, at the pond, on trails. Their behavior, actions to others and any litter.
GOLF CARTS: 5 MPH Electric or gas are allowed
WITH proof of insurance to show on arrival.
-No driving under the influence. - No children driving
- No driving on the hill or through the fields, they have a crop to be harvested on them.
- Must follow speed limits. - Driving at night, use headlights. No Driving through sites, stay on driveways and trails only. If the trails are muddy, stay off! No Golf Cart Washing .
No kiddie pools set up or blow up pools
CAMPFIRES: FIREWOOD IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.
Allowed in designated areas only. NO bonfires. NO garbage, cans,
Or bottles in fire rings. Firewood can be purchased. Per NYS DEC
regulation, no transporting firewood that has not been treated 50+ miles
from its source.
Be respectful and courteous to neighboring Campers with sound levels,
talk, music choice, and time of night. NO loud and/or offensive music.
NO cutting firewood or trees. NO unattended fires.

SPEAKERS: no big sub woofer/ speaker systems on your site. If others can hear your
music, we will have to shut it down, please do not make us do that.
NO FIREWORKS, NO hunting/trapping, NO firearms. NO nudity.
QUIET TIMES: Weekdays 10pm-til 7am
Weekends & Holidays 11pm til 7am
Quiet times defined as low conversation and music, children must be back
At their site, no driving around on golf carts,
Turn off any outside lights & decorative lights.
Please DO NOT pass through others sites, at any time.
FISHING: Catch & Release only. Barbless hooks & lures.
ONLY feed the fish food from the registration building (for purchase).
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN THE REGISTRATION BUILDING, NO PETS
ARE ALLOWED. We have a NYS Liquor License and Health Dept Food Permits to adhere to.
VEHICLES: No washing vehicles or your camping unit.
No vehicle repairs, impact use, oil changes, etc on premises.
Do not let your trucks idle in the morning (we have guests on vacation!)
NO PARKING ON NEARBY SITES!! They may be waiting for an arrival!
No parking on grass. Max 2 vehicles per site, IF THEY FIT WITHOUT HANGING OUT... Any guests must park at the registration building and check in.
DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY.
MONTHLY’S/ SEASONALS: A gas push mower is provided for you to use. This is for you to mow your site so that we are not invading your space and moving your property. Sites must be mowed weekly. We can arrange mowing for the cost of $25/ week. Arrangements must be made.
No permanent outside rugs. Rugs must be picked up daily. If grass is killed, your deposit will not be returned.
Lokee-Hikee Campground recommends using a SURGE PROTECTOR for electric and PRESSURE REGULATOR for water. We are not responsible for any damage to your RV equipment.
No vandalizing the property or theft from the property. You will be charged any
Damages.
Lokee-Hikee Campground is not responsible for theft, loss of property or
Damage to property. Nor injuries with the assumption of risk that is involved
In camping and the nature of outdoor activities. Acknowledgement of this is
required with a signature. We reserve the right to change or amend policies
at any time. IF there is any damage to the property, the RV Owner will need to give
copies of their insurance policy to Lokee-Hikee Campground and is responsible for loss,
damages and clean up.
If any incidents should happen or be witnessed, please notify management of the situation.
SOCIAL MEDIA: LHC reserves the right to take and use any form of social media (pictures, videos, sound, text, messages, e-mails, posted or tagged to our pages, etc) to be used for advertising purposes,on websites, flyers, mailings or brochures. We will not disclose additional information of the person indicated in the media form.
At this time WiFi is only available in the registration building as a guest. Cell reception is also not guaranteed throughout the grounds.
PAYMENTS: Cash or Credit Card +4% convenience fee
Deposits on sites are non refundable.
Booking Fee of $5 is added to your reservations.

Lock-in fees are non-refundable.
No Show or late cancellations of 14 days or less, receives no refund.
RV & Tent Sites canceling before 14 days receive refund, minus $30.
No Refund if canceling a Holiday Reservation. Also non- transferable.
Pet Charges: $5 per dog #1, $5 per dog #2, +$10 dog #3, Per reservation.
No sleeping tents on your RV site without approval and add on pricing.Please call.
No refund due to illness or conflict in personal schedules, or inclement
weather.
Weather: No refunds or credit for early departure due to inclement weather.
Rates are based on a family of 2A, 3C (immediate family, residing at the same address,
under age 18 yo. .. *extra person charge: THEY DO NOT live at the same address.)
CABIN/ LODGING: All policies apply to cabin and lodging rentals.
Animals are not allowed in Cabin Rentals. $25 fee if keys are not returned.
No smoking, No vaping, No drug use. Must be 21 yo to rent. A credit card will be kept on file and may incur other charges after departure if upon inspection there is damage, theft, the condition it is left in, evidence of pets or smoking. Please take shoes off at the door. Cabin is furnished, mini fridge, compact microwave, coffee pot and filters, has electric, AC and propane heat. Sleeps 2 (full sheets) on bottom bunk, 1 (twin sheets) on top. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, BEDDING AND PILLOWS. Close proximity to the bathroom/showerhouse. Firepit on site.
2 night minimum , 3 night minimum for Holiday rental.
Cancellation Policy Refunds explained as above, applicable to cabin rental: if cancel less than 14 days or less receives no refund. If canceling before 14 days receives refund minus $75, booking and processing fees. No refund on a holiday cancellation.
Genesee County Bed Tax of currently 4% added
***Due to the numerous ways of communication, the ONLY way a
cancellation will be acknowledged is by You receiving an email from
Lokee-Hikee as confirmation to the cancellation that your reservation
has been canceled. Otherwise it has not been received. Please keep in
mind the above mentioned if a cancellation is needed.
***Also if you have cancelled your reservation, we have the right to open it up for others to reserve the site. You cannot “show up” if your plans have changed. Our reservation
system is designed to have optimized bookings and will see this as open once we take it out, allowing others to book.***
Visitors: Anyone who does not live at your residence
If checking in after 7pm, it is overnight fee.
Must check in, sign forms and get a car pass, park at registration building. No pets for visitors.
DAY PASS: $10/ Adult $5/ Child under 12 9am- 10pm.
HOLIDAY DAY PASS: $20/ Adult … $10/ Child under 12
Overnight Visitors: Anyone who does not live at your residence.
7pm, no overnights admitted after 10:00pm.

No pets for visitors.
OVERNIGHT $15/ Adult, $10/ Child under 12 9am-10pm.
HOLIDAY OVERNIGHT $20/ Adult / night …. $15/ Child under 12 /night 9am-9am
MAXIMUM of 8 people on a site total
Check in: 2:00pm Check out: 11:00am. Early/ Late check in and out
depending on availability, a charge will be added of $10/ hour.
